How our timers and solvers work

Timers

Every timer is a fixed cycle on the UTC clock: a reset every so many minutes, counted from the Unix epoch (00:00 UTC on 1 January 1970). Your browser works out the next reset as the next whole multiple of the cycle, so the countdown keeps going without refreshing and shows times in your own timezone. We only list cycles that are the same on every server; anything that depends on your server (like day and night in some games) gets a helper instead of a countdown.

Shindo Life

Spawns follow a fixed schedule in US Eastern time, twice a day. The tracker converts it to your timezone and lets you switch between Eastern time with daylight saving (the default) and fixed EST, with a one-step in-game check on the page.

Data and sources

Each page lists its sources. Open word lists (SCOWL) and dictionary data (WordNet) are used under their licences; game facts are credited to the official wiki or data they come from, and we never copy guide text. Pet Simulator 99 numbers come from the game's official public API, with our own daily history.
